Default print comments which contain bold text

I have bolded portions of the text in my comments. When I slide my mouse
over the comment, they appear bolded. But when I do print preview and when I
actually print the document, they are not bolded. Does anyone know how to
print the documents and have the comments print as I see them on my computer?
