Default (social security number) 000-00-0000 to 000000000

I have a list of 1300 SSN's to change from 000-00-0000 to 000000000. Is
there a way I can just change them all at once instead of one by one?

Select all the cells and so a Find/Replace (Ctrl-H) on the hyphen character
