Help

I need to retrieve a value from a list based on a dynamic condition.
For example:

1. Let's say that cell F10 will be populated by a dynamic # between 1 -
80.
2. Based on that #, a formula in cell F11 will need to retrieve from a
list the corresponding description associated with the dynamic # in
F10.

dynamic cell F10 - 3
results in cell F11 - Visual Contact

List -

Cell H10 = 1 and cell I10 = Volume
Cell H11 = 2 and cell I11 = Posture
Cell H12 = 3 and cell I12 = Visual Contact
and so on...
