Default How do I combine two unrelated notebooks (w multple sheets each)

In creating an entirely new workbook, I can use the programming from two
existing but unrelated workbooks. Each of the existing workbooks has
multiple worksheets with interelated data references. Once together, I can
make them further relate.

If I copy sheet by sheet, the references no longer apply within the new
workbook. The merge and compare function does not work.
