While it is very nice to shortcut to the menus and ribbons, trying to type
text into a cell that begins with a '/' causes me to take extra steps to avoid this 'shortcut'. Maybe the menu shortcut should be changed to Ctrl or Alt, or something that will require more than one key to activate it, or just go back to Alt. |

It's been there since excel came out for windows to be compatible with
Lotus, you can change it. Gosh, I'm starting to wonder about the MOS Master certification I got a few
