The on-line help feature for Excel 2003 is unhelpful. For instance, type '$'
into the help feature. The result is worthless. I would prefer an index and the ability to search through myriad of options, as was the case in versions of Excel published prior to the 2003 release. In prior versions, typing '$' into the help index would result in a wide variety of uses for the dollar sign and clear-cut examples of its function in Excel. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
