Is there any way to control the length of a cell border so that it does not
equal the entire length or width of a cell (other than underlining)? Thank you in advance for your assistance. |

Borders stretch from corner to corner left-to-right or top-to-bottom.
No partials. You could use a line from the Drawing Toolbar. Without any more detail, hard to give any more suggestions.
