Default the function FORMAT()

We used to have this function in the previous MS Excel and MS Acess whereby
to format a date in a formula like ="today
is:"&FORMAT(today(),"ddd/mmmm/yyyy"). apparently this function disappeared??

You can have

=TEXT(today(),"ddd/mmmm/yyyy")

in a worksheet, or

FORMAT(Date,"ddd/mmmm/yyyy")

in VBA.
