Okay, I help score a racing series. There are 200 people in the series and I
have their names in an Excel spreadsheet. After every race I have to go through the results (typically 200 to 600 names) and find anyone who is signed up for the series. Usually there are about 70 people in the series at each race. There is nothing in the race results to indicate they are in the series besides their names. I've been doing this manually, but wondered if I could copy/paste the list of names from the individual race results and then have Excel automatically pull out the names which match from my series roster. Is this possible with excel? |
