Default Viewing toolbar

In Excel 2003 how do you customize the toolbar to show all icons on screen
without having it abreviated with some shown off screen ()?

Thanks,

Craig

In Excel, click on Tools | Customize | Options | check the "Always show
full menus" box | OK.
