Default Printable background template?

We currently use the Xerox Workcentre C266 (which is also currently
driving me crazy :) ) under contract of cost per sheet. As such, but
also to add simplicity, I am trying to change the way we print our
invoices:

At the moment:
i) We print X copies of our layout paper (with border, logo etc)
ii) These are loaded in the print tray and then used to print invoices
on

Ideally I'd like to be able to cut out i), So:
i) Invoice is opened in excel with background already as our layout
(ie. an image of the border and logo) which is also printable - hence
only one print per page is neccessary (rather than first time round the
logo, then fed through again to print invoice)

Is this possible...? Otherwise I might have to turn to a
Xerox forum and try and set-up a custom watermark IF that's possible
(btw anyone know of a good Xerox forum?)

ANY help is appreciated!
Thank you
Alex

You can create your invoice layout as a template in excel, with your borders
and other formatting drawn out. You would need you logo inserted as a
picture in the excel sheet. You will want to make sure you set the sheet up
so users do not try to enter data outside the printable area of the form in
the sheet.

Hope this is a good start for you.
