In my WB1.xls I have:
In Cell A6 '0514121-A
In cell B6 ="[PA"&A6&"-JM.xls]PaySchedule"
In Cell Z1 'C:\Documents and Settings\Contracts\

In Cell G6 << I need to link to Cell D10 (with a dollor Value in

Z1 & B6 ' or 'C:\Documents and
Settings\Contracts\="[PA"&A6&"-JM.xls]PaySchedule"

PA0514121-A-JM.xls will remain Closed throughout.

Any help would be appreciated

Take a look at Morefunc at Laurent Longre's site,
http://xcell05.free.fr/english/, it has a function called INDIRECT.EXT that
should do what you want.
