Is there a way to increase a value in a cell by a percentage and have the
result show in the same cell as the original value? I'm trying to apply a 4% increase to some prices and would rather not calculate each value but instead apply a formula to change the cells across the board. Thanks! |

In a separate cell enter 104%
Then select all cells to change Goto EditPastespecial, click Multiply, and OK Then clear the 104% -- HTH Bob Phillips (replace xxxx in the email address with gmail if mailing direct) "ASmith" wrote in message ...
