Auto Filter Top 10
I have a a worksheet filter by "team" in column A. Column C is Goals Scored,
and I have applied a "Top 10%" Filter. This is giving results in the Top 10% of the entire column, whereas I want the Top 10% of just the team I have filtered in A. Any ideas ? |

Auto Filter Top 10
You could add a column to the table, and use it to filter for the Top
10. For example, in cell D1, type a heading. In cell D2, enter the formula: =SUBTOTAL(9,C2) Copy the formula down, to one row past the last row of data. Because it uses the Subtotal function, this column will only show goals for the teams that are visible. Apply a Top 10 filter to the column, and it will give results for those teams.
