Default How do I recover a lost excel document?

I cut a document to paste into another folder. I can't find the document now
in either the original or new folder. How can I get it back?

If you haven't done anything else after the cut and paste, perhaps you can
open up Windows Explorer and undo? Try also looking into the the Recycle
Bin. Another way is use the windows search for that filename on your hard
drive or share drive. Lastly, there's a chance the file might still exist in
the clipboard. Open a folder and see if you can paste something. That's all
I can think of for now.
