I am using a shopping cart that exports order data to a csv file. It
contains the usual order data (customer, purchase, billing, product,
shipping info). I need to import that data into a different xls file
that my fulfillment company provides so that they can process the
orders on a daily basis. They then return the information back (ie
shipping status & tracking updates)

The two files have the same information, but because they are 2
different companies, the column headers (fields) are completely
different.

I need to a way to automate the process of taking the data from the
shopping cart's csv output and mapping it to the fulfillment center's
csv file. I have no idea of how to approach this since I am an excel
newbie? Is it macros, vb or something incredibly simple?

I am attaching the 2 files (output from shopping cart, sample xls from
fulfillment company) in a zip.
