Cell detail in pivot table
There's nothing built in that lets you control the output when a user
double-clicks on a pivot table cell. LizFL wrote: My pivot table has 5 columns of data. All 5 columns are used as filters/rows/columns in the pivot table - so I cannot delete them from my dataset. Upon doubleclicking a cell in the pivot table to display the detail is there anyway that you can limit which columns of data are returned. That is to say I would like the detail to only display columns 1-4 rather than columns 1-5. No "hardcoding/pasting" will be acceptable as the pivot table will need to be manipulated (for different filters) for analysis purposes by the end users. -- Debra Dalgleish Contextures http://www.contextures.com/tiptech.html |
