Default how to diag. split a cell for two headings (for row AND column)?

Is it possible to diagonally split a cell to place two headings in one cell -
one for the row heading and the other for the column heading?

you can draw a diagonal line across the cell align the data in the centre of
the cel vertically and with judiciuos use of spaces palce your data either
side of the diagonal line.It only looks like two sets of data you cant really
do anything with that cell

say there is no way of doing this with individual cells? May be something for
Microsoft to look at in development!
