Default save file

I have a worksheet that pops up every now and then, asking me to save it. I
cannot do "cancel", but have to "save" it. How do I turn it off? I don't
have auto save on. Thanks a lot.

The only reason I can think of is you have a macro running. You would have to
modify the macro to fix the problem.
