Default Name defined Range - Copy?

Hi!

One way:

Assume the defined name is Rng.

Select the the destination range H6:M10 (5R x 6C). With H6 as the active
cell (H6 has no "blueish" color, all other cells in the selection do) enter
this formula using the key combination of CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER:

=Rng

On sheet one I have a 5 row 6 column, named range. All cells are text.
This
named range starts at cell A1.

I want to display this named range on sheet three, starting at cell H6.

Copy / Paste? Formula?
