Default individual tabs for subtotaled data

How do you get subtotaled data on individual tabs based on the subtotal
criteria?

You can copy and paste the data to separate sheets, manually or
programmatically.

Or, you could create a pivot table from the data, and use page fields to
filter it, so it shows only the data you're interested in. From a pivot
table, you can use a Show Pages command, to create a new sheet for each
item in a page field.

I can't locate the show pages command from my pivot... i have accomplished
the task needed by double clicking the pivot table fields but that action is
requited for each row... can you give me a bit more direction on this "show
pages" command

With at least one field in the Page area, select a cell in the pivot table
On the Pivot Table toolbar, choose Pivot TableShow Pages.
A new sheet is created for each item in the page field, with a copy of
the pivot table.
You could group the sheets, and print them.
