How do you get subtotaled data on individual tabs based on the subtotal

You can copy and paste the data to separate sheets, manually or
programmatically. Or, you could create a pivot table from the data, and use page fields to filter it, so it shows only the data you're interested in. From a pivot table, you can use a Show Pages command, to create a new sheet for each item in a page field. I can't locate the show pages command from my pivot... i have accomplished

With at least one field in the Page area, select a cell in the pivot table
On the Pivot Table toolbar, choose Pivot TableShow Pages. A new sheet is created for each item in the page field, with a copy of the pivot table. You could group the sheets, and print them.
