Default Help to extract text when using LIST & AUTOFILTER

Hi, I have a avery large list (1500) of attendance records. I am attempting
to summarise and perform some calculations using SUBTOTAL, then write the
line of cells to another sheet. It has neen progressing well, but I cannot
find a way to extract text (name & ID) from the filtered list.

Any Ideas on how can I extract these two text fields from my filtered list ?
