Default Tab goes too far


When I am in column A and click TAB to move to column B, it jumps to
column M. I do not have my cells protected or locked. Can anyone
help?

Hi,

tools | Options | Transiction | Transiction navegation

as I am working in a Brazilian portuguese version, I am not sure ir the
translation are OK..

Tools|Options|transition tab
Uncheck all those old Lotus 123 transition settings.

I haven't seen Gore's PowerPoint movie, but maybe there's a section about the
tab key in excel!

By unchecking the transition boxes, I was able to accomplish what I
