Default Hierarchy in excel

Hello Friends

I am new member here ... right now i am struck with one prob in excel
We have 2 structures 1 st product structure & another is location
structure

In product Structure all locations are clustered together

eg Prods are : A, B C. & locations are 1,2,3 etc

Prod Structure

Total Total
A 1
2 B
3 2
B A
1 B
2
3 3
C A
3 B
C

In Location structure all prods are clustered together

Is there any way in excel where excel would look at prod structure then
location structure would generate with the help of macros ????

Awaiting u r reply

Try to make question general - 'product structure' might been something to
you but not to the rest of us.
I think you might find VLOOKUP useful. Try Help then come back with a well
though out question that does not use jargon that is specific to your
business.
best wishes
