Default Comment: Better Sales Forecasts with Excel - from MS-Office librar

This may be of help to those using Excel for Sales Forecasts. It's from the
MS-Office library. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010931791033.aspx Note
the reference to SCORE as a credit.

The template included with this is plain vanilla, but a good start. It's
better to have a simple template that works well for all than a complex one
that requires maintenance and an explanation to many.

You could expand on this by having a roll-up of individual forecasts by
sending the template out to reps. We like this idea for pulling collaborative
forecasts/pipeline together with Excel: http://tracker.jotspot.com/ and other
uses in a collaborative way.
