This will probably require printing each sheet twice: once to print the data,
a second time to print the header and footer. i.e. on a separate sheet, set up to print portrait view, do the header and footer. You may have to add some dummy data to the sheet, to get it to print at all. Or set up the header and footer in Word and print the sheets there.
