Default How do i fix y labels inside plot area?

I reversed the order of my axis (now high to low) and my y labels are inside
the plot area. I was able to fix the tick marks, but how do I get the numbers
to go to the left too?

Double-click on the vertical axis, choose the 'patterns' tab, and choose
'high' for the 'tick mark label'. This will shift the column of labels
to the right of the graph, which is what I understand you want?
