Default How do I keep the color formatting when pasting excel graph into w

I am constructing graphs from an Excel pivot chart for use in a Wordreport.
When I paste the graph (using paste special, enchanced metafile) I get the
graph in Word in grey tones only.

Helen:
What do you mean with "..I get the graph..". If in Print Preview you have
selected a B&W printer it will show as grey tones. Or do you get it in the
Word document in grey after pasting, on yr screen? I cannot reproduce that
so pls be more specific.

Henk
