Default Extracting Constant from Non-linear Trend line

Hi,
I just want to ask for assistance on how to calculate the constant
values on a given trend line (Non-linear). Basicaly standard equation is
Y = AX^2 + BX + C. How can I calculate A, B, C, from a given x's_arrays
and y's_arrays using excel (without the help from graph trendline).
Thank you.:)
Tom
