Default IF Formulas

Can someone please help me figure out this formula as I am a beginner!

=IF(M9=0,"",M9-L9) = Active

=IF(M10=0,"",H10/P10) = Productivity

Time(G) First (H) Last(I) Active(J)
Productivity(K)
All Activity Activity
1) 1:19:00 7:00:24 AM 12:28:45 PM 22.80% 24.06%
2) 2:19:58 9:06:01 AM 4:56:29 PM 32.67% 29.75%
3) 2:09:37 7:01:10 AM 2:57:51 PM 33.10% 27.19%
4) 1:37:43 1:00:17 PM 5:59:55 PM 20.81% 32.61%

I am trying to determine what the active and productivity %'s mean.

G, H, and I are all times for agents log in (time all), first
activity(H) and last activity (I).

Then what does the productivity mean.

Please Please help
