Default Keeping the format when refresh on the pivot chart

Is there a way to keep the format that you created on the pivot chart
whenever you refresh the data? This is a great tool for dynamic reporting but
whenever I refresh the chart I lose all the formating.

This is a know problem.

Changing a PivotChart removes series formatting in Excel
