Default Name a chart for hyperlinking

I am using Excell 2000
I need to create of year's worth of several different charts that all come
from basically the same data. What I would like to do is put a year's worth
of charts (let say chart "A" from Jan thru Dec) on one tab and Chart "B" from
Jan - Dec on another tab.

I want to create a hyperlink at the top of the tab (in the first row) by
month. Ex: Jan, Feb, March, Arpril etc. So when I click on the month cell
it will take me to the chart for that month. I think I need to name each
chart so that I can go to the exact chart, but I do not know how to do that.
Can anyone help me or suggest a better way to accomplish my goal.
