Default Suggestions on possible chart

I am trying to find out if there is a way to graphically show the timeline of
a process where specific steps in the process may be repeated before moving
to the next step. For example, any suggestions on how to graphically show the
process of a decision to be made over time that may go thru approval 2 or 3
times before moving forward?

Excel is not really a tool for flow charting or for diagramming processes.
You would probably be better served by a flow graphic program like Visio.
Visio has the stencils that allow you to diagram a process flow and include
repeated steps.
Alternatively you could use the Drawing toolbar to draw text boxes and
arrows to illustrate your process but the arrows would not be dynamically
updated as you revise your chart.

Hope this helps,
