No matter what I try, the right 1/3 of the area in my pie chart b0x/window is
white space. If I try to resize the pie chart window, it simply shrinks the
pie chart and retains the extra white space.

Please help!

When you re-size the Chart Area (the outer box) there is also an Inner
Area (Plot Area) that you need to expand to cover the white space.
Click near the outer part of the pie to locate tthe Plot Area and
adjust it's size.
