Default Lock Chart Display to last 14 days (or data points)

I have some tables that are updated daily with a data point. I would
like the chart to just display the most recent 14 days without having
to manually change the source data range each time a new point is
added.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Default

This page shows a chart of the most recent 12 months. Change a couple
constants, and it'll do your last 14 days:
