This is a silly question on such an advanced group but why does my
e-mail address and not my nickname appear in my posts? (I'm accesing the group via Google). Seisman |

I've never access through Google, so don't know how it's set up. I access
it through Outlook Express and don't have an issue. Of course, I set up my email address to be something besides my email address. wrote in message ups.com... That is a Google rule, not a newgroup rule. It is also the reason that
I have never posted through Google. If you ISP does not provide a newsgroup server that you can access through your e-mail client, you could use Microsoft's web interface http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.mspx Jerry wrote: This is a silly question on such an advanced group but why does my e-mail address and not my nickname appear in my posts?
