Default Removing "0"s from a chart

I've inheirted a chart that shows a monthly calculation and a year-to-date
figure.

For example:
Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul ETC.....
YTD
5% 4% 5% 1% 0 0 0
4%

In the example there is no data for May forward. In the source data, an If
statement is used so that if there isn't any data it posts "", ex. =If (b30,
b3/b6,"")

What I need, or been asked to do is to remove the "0"s from the graph. Any
ideas?
