Default Shading in Chart

I have a column chart with the axis from +30% to -30%. I want to highlight
the columns that fall outside of the 5% range. Is there a way to shade the
plot area from +5% to -5% in gray? Hoping I am clear. Thank you.

You can additional series to provide the shading.
