Default Drag option

I have a simple question. Can you turn on/off drag option on a cell? If you
can how?

To turn off the drag option for all cells:

Choose ToolsOptions
On the Edit tab, remove the check mark from 'Allow cell drag and drop'
Click OK

Or, if you only want to protect one cell, you could lock the cell,
unlock other cells, and protect the worksheet.
