Default How do I disable "Plot visible cells only" when it is greyed out?

I'm creating a chart from a pivot table that has some "zero" values. The
chart will not plot the values that have a zero "y value" along the x-axis
and I need to see these.

I assume I need to disable "Plot visible cells only."

If I Select chart then Tools Options Chart, the "Plot visible cells
only" field is grayed out. How can I get this field so I can change it?

Click on the graph first then go to tools, Options, Charts
