Default Excel charts data labels

One label is a persentage one label is a value wopuld like them both to b e
persentages very strange how Excel would allow trhese two types of data to
appear on one chart

Default Excel charts data labels

By default Excel uses the format of the corresponding cell. You might want
to check those formats.
