I have inherited a company bubble chart that compares the outcome of a
calculation with 3 variables with an ideal. Sometimes project value - the one that sets the size - is smaller than ideal. In this case the bubble for the project is eclipsed by the ideal. How do I modify "bubble order" to decide which is in-front and which is behind? |

This is accomplished by sorting the data high to low, or by sorting the
