Default can I add another type of graph on top of my colums

I have 2007,2008 electric bills in colums, rows are cost. I would like to
add the average temperature for 2007-2008 in the form of dots with the
temperature showing is that possibel?

Default can I add another type of graph on top of my colums

Select and Copy the new data
Click the chart to activate it
Use Edit | Paste Special specifying New Series; depending what you Copied
you may need to specify "First column has x-values" and "top cells have
labels" -- not the exact words but close!
