secondary Y axis on a Bar Chart
How can I put a secondary X Axis (Horizontal on the top, in addition to the

secondary Y axis on a Bar Chart
If it's a horizontal bar chart, the horizontal axis is the value axis and
thus the Y axis. The vertical axis is the category (label) axis and thus the X axis.
