Exclude Weekends
HI i have a chart linked to source data (10 days history with a number beside each day) . I entered a worksheet formula to automatically show previous 10 working days - see below. Problem is the graph seems to recognise these are dates and shows in the graph the weekend days even though these days are not in the source data any ideas? =IF(WEEKDAY(A7)=2,A7-3,A7-1) -- Kevin |

Exclude Weekends
Hi,
You need to tell the chart to treat the axis values as categorys rather than Time series. In xl2003 the option can be found on the Axes tab of the Chart Options dialog. Right click chart to see Chart Options. in xl2007 the option is on the Format dialog of the Axis.
