Default How do I alter the value of a data point in a chart series

You can change the value in the cell that the point represents.

In Excel 2003 and earlier, you can select the point (single click to select
the series, then single click again to select the point), then when the
cursor turns into a double or quadruple arrow, click on the point and drag
it. This capability was removed from Excel 2007.
