I am trying to fit in titles for each column. Is there a way to have these
cells to go in an angle to fit something like: Billing set up and completed.

From the menu bar select Format, Cells, Alignment, & check the wrap text box.
You can also use the orientation setting to rotate the text but this can
distort the look and render the text unreadable. Better yet, abbreviate and
then wrap text if need be.
