Two questions.

First, why do you use textboxes to add data labels? It can, and
should, be done with Excel data labels.

Second, even if you must stay with code to add data labels, there's no
reason it should not play nice with a 2nd series. Just write the code
so that it works with the first, i.e., main, series.
