I had several charts that I have around for a long time which worked
famously. When the dataset values were NULL (not ZERO) the line stopped. This is what I want to happen. Recently I made some minor changes in the chart size and position on the worksheet, but did NOT alter the data source or chart type. Now when the dataset values are NULL the chart treats them as ZEROs and the trace goes to zero instead of just stopping. What do I need to do to "correct" this? Thank you in advance for your input and expertise. -- MJ |

You wouldn't mind posting the entire URL next time, would you? I know it
seems that posting a tiny url is a great help, but it's not. We have no idea where it's pointing until after clicking the link. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "Infinitogool" wrote in message ... So someone must click on the link and switch to the browser, rather than
just being able to see the full link? That isn't the kind of philosophy one should follow when interacting with people, designing interfaces, etc. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "David Biddulph" <groups [at] biddulph.org.uk wrote in message ... It's just that some URLs are not very user-friendly, such as:
http://groups.google.co.uk/group/mic...2a5ee42b13cc85 or http://groups.google.com/group/micro...2a5ee42b13cc85 or much worse. I agree, however, that http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/P...?ID=209#jon020 could have been posted as it stands. -- David Biddulph "Jon Peltier" wrote in message ... I can see both of those fine in my newsreader, and my newsreader recognizes
the entire length as the URL, so the length doesn't bother me. I at least can tell that they come from Google Groups, even if I can't decipher all the codes. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "David Biddulph" <groups [at] biddulph.org.uk wrote in message ...
